Recent Ritz Carlton Dallas Review: "The Ritz lives up to its name. We stayed on the Club level and used the Club lounge several times daily as the breakfast and snack options were exquisite and the service, flawless. Our room was comfy, right next to the club, but we never heard a sound from there. There was a fee for overnight parking, very reasonable, and valet service was excellent, even on busy Friday night. We never waited more than 5 minutes for our car. The lobby is a very popular night spot and was a bit noisy upon entering, but not a problem otherwise. When checking in, I left behind some important items. After discovering them missing, hotel security had found them stored them and then returned them to me... service at it very best. From front desk, to club lounge to pool to front door... everyone was wonderfully kind and helpful. We were there during a heat wave... the pool was also quite warm, but a very relaxing way to cool down, just a little. Wish we could always stay in such comfort!"
