Our company needed to find a room for a series of presentations and The Crescent Court filled the bill. They were very accomodating and offered empty rooms for us to use as needed. The hotel, rooms, service and restaurants were exemplary.

I chose this hotel because the reviews in the website were excellent. My expectations were really high and I was hoping for this amazing experience. What I got was a slightly disappointing experience. I felt like the hotel's service was astounding, very thoughtful and very attentive. I really disliked my room, how hot it was (the AC was not working  well so we had to order a fan). It was a lot of little things that were upsetting, like the cable box was slow, the carpets were dirty, you have to order the ice (35 min wait), the food was really salty and overpriced. The saving grace of this hotel is the spa experience. Incredible service, great facilities, the gym was well kept and the attendees were just A+. The surrounding businesses are posh and if you want a really good sandwich you can walk a few blocks to Pot Belly (delicious). Overall, if you're in your late 20's or early 30's and you want to feel pampered, definitely check this place out. But if you want a more modern experience, I'm sure there's places that are a bit more youthful and less seemingly pretentious. Five star service, 3 star rooms.

We joined a couple from to attend the SADE concert at AA Center. The hotel's location was excellent and everything we wanted to do was within a short walking distance. The hotel staff was great and the lobby bar was open after the concert, far beyond is posted hours. Best of all, the hotel room was cool despite the Texas heat! Super

If you are looking for a refreshing pool at the end of the day. This one is not for you. It is shallow and the heat of the sun heats it to Hot tub temps.

We went for July 4th weekend. The plan was to hang out by the pool all day and then go out on the town at night. We got to the pool shortly after checking in at 3 and there were NO pool chairs left. We waited about 30 mins and two opened up--but on opposite sides of the pool. For the size tof the hotel, the pool was incredibly small. More than half  of the poolside was taken up by employees of the hotels. (If I managed the hotel, I would not allow employees to take over the hotel on a Holidayweekend...but I digress.) The pool was distgustingly hot but since there weren't enough umbrellas for us to get one to cover our lounge chairs, it was better than being out there and cooking under the sun. When we asked for an umbrella, the genetleman who was 'servicing' the pool area and barely spoke english managed to tell us that they are broken. They should have enough umbrellas to cover each chair ot at least 90% of the chairs as opposed to covering only 30% of the chairs. The pool texture is very rough. My friend got a staple or some sort of metal stuck in her foot within 5 minutes of getting in the pool. People were kicking over all sorts of drinks in the pool because there wasn't any hotel staff around to service the pool (to pick up people's drinks when they were done--or clean of the towels after they left). The pool surface was very rough. The pool was the primary reason for us to get a hotel and this one was a HUGE diappointment. There wasn't anyone around to get our drink orders, the bar at the pool area was dismal and you had to keep going to the bar to order. The upside? We had drinks and some apps at the hotel bar and they were pretty good. The food by the pool was amazing as well. I enjoyed the little slippers back in my room as they were a nice reprieve from the pool surface! Overall--there are MUCH nicer places to stay in D-town for the price. The Joule and the Ritz have much better service and the comforts are about the same.

I had a great stay there and just wish I could have enjoyed it more. The spa was great, but I wish I would have been able to hang out more with my girlfriends. Our hostess was great when we were running late.. Great!

We stayed at Rosemont Crescent to celebrate our wedding anniversary and everything was perfect. The service was impecable at every moment, from the concierge to the Spa to the Crescent Club restaurant. They remembered every little detail and made our celebration perfect. Would be excited to return for another stay!
